Recipe

Makes 2 Burgers

Ingredients

2 Burger Buns

2 Handfuls of Lettuce Sliced Finely

4 Slices Cheese (any preferred sliced cheese you like)

2 Rasher Maple Bacon Cut in Half

2 Eggs

4 Slices of Beetroot (Sliced Canned Beetroot)

8 Slices Tomato

1 Onion

Beef Patties

300 Grams Beef Mince (Ground Beef)

1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder

1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

1/4 Teaspoon Cajun Seasoning

1/4 Teaspoon Chilli Powder

1/2 Teaspoon Cracked Pepper

1 Teaspoon Tomato Sauce

1 Teaspoons BBQ sauce

1/2 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Kicking Ketchup

2 Tablespoons Ketchup

1 Teaspoon Chilli Sauce

1 Teaspoon Sandwich Pickles

Directions

Thinly slice the tomato, cucumber, onion, lettuce and cheese (or you can use the pre-sliced you prefer). Cut your bacon in half. Set all the ingredients aside.

In a bowl, add your beef patty ingredients. Massage with your hands to combine.

Make the patties into balls, then flatten on a flat surface. Set aside.

Heat the oil on high heat.

Add your onion, bacon and beef patties.

Toss your onions occasionally. Turn your bacon after about 2 minutes until it's nice and brown. Cook your patties for 2-3 minutes each side. I cook mine twice on each side.

Drain your onion and bacon while you get your eggs and bun ready.

In your pan, when the patties are almost cooked, turn the heat down to medium-low and add your eggs.

Before your patties and eggs are ready, cut your buns and toast them.

When your patties are done and the eggs are half done, add bacon and onion on top of the patty.

Add cheese on top to melt it.

When the cheese has almost melted, flip your eggs. You want the egg yolk to still be runny. After about 30 seconds, place your egg on top of the cheese.

In the meantime, assemble your burger. Butter your buns.

On the bottom bun, add lettuce.

Add tomato.

Add cucumber.

Add beetroot.

Add your assembled patty.

Spread your sauce over the egg.

place your bun on top and Enjoy!
