Simple burgers, easy to make, great to eat.
These plain hamburgers are better than take away shop ones. Nothing real fancy about this. Plain normal burger buns gives it that fish and chip take away shop vibes.
This burger is so juicy and flavoursome.
I use BBQ sauce but use any sauce you prefer. You can also add cheese but its not needed for this plain burger. Add sides like chips but its just as good on its own.

Make the patties into balls, then flatten on a flat surface. Set aside.
Heat the oil on high heat.
Add your onion and beef patties. Toss your onions occasionally. Cook your patties for 2-3 minutes each side. I cook mine twice on each side.
Before your patties and onions are ready, cut your buns and toast them.
Flip the patties one last time..
Assemble your burger. Butter the bottom bun.
Add lettuce.
Add tomato.
Add your beef patty.
Add your fried onion.
Drizzle BBQ sauce to taste.
Butter the top bun.
Place the bun on top and done. Enjoy!
