Fat Beef Burger

Updated: Oct 15, 2022

A friend of mine asked me to make this, and it was outstanding.

Some people are not a fan of cooked pineapple, but if you are a fan of cooked pineapple, you're going to love this burger. If you don't like pineapple, leave the pineapple out n just have a stack of patties ,bacon and cheese.

The Fat Beef Burger for Pineapple Lovers.

This taste so good especially if you love cooked pineapple. if you're not a big eater, just cut some of the stack out. It still tastes just as good as small.

Recipe

Makes 1

1 Brioche Bun

Aioli to Taste

1 Handful Lettuce

3 Tomatoes

3 Pineapple Slices (I buy it in a can)

300 Grams Beef mince (Ground Beef)

3 Rashers Bacon (Bacon Slices)

3 Slices Burger Cheese

1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder

1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 Teaspoon Cajun seasoning

1 Teaspoon Chilli Powder

1/2 Teaspoon Cracked Pepper

2 Teaspoon Tomato Sauce

2 Teaspoons Chefs BBQ sauce Click Here for Recipe

1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

Place your mince (ground beef) in a bowl add onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, cajun spice, chilli powder, pepper, BBQ sauce, tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce.

Cover your chopping board with cling wrap.

Roll some beef in your hand making a ball then place about enough beef to cover the bun and use your hand to squish it thinly. You can also put another layer of film over the top and squish it with a heavy, even surface.

Put your patties, pineapple and bacon on the grill or pan.

Turn everything every few minutes.

Once everything looks cooked, assemble your burger on the grill

Put the cheese on top of each section. While the cheese melts, cook your bun.

Butter both sides of your toasted bun.

Add the aioli and spread it over the bun.

Once your cheese has melted, the burger is ready to assemble.

On the bottom bun, add your lettuce.

Add your stacks.

Add the top bun.

Your burger is now ready to eat. Enjoy!
