Secret Rissole Sandwich

Great use for left over rissoles.



I always make sure I have left over rissoles for lunch the next day when I make Chef’s Remarkable Rissoles.

A Simple and Tasty sandwich.

You can use any cheese you prefer. I prefer sliced processed cheese. You can also use any rissoles you like, but please try Chef’s Remarkable Rissoles linked here:

Recipe


Makes 1 Serve


Ingredients


2 Slices Bread

1 Handful Sliced Iceberg Lettuce, or any other lettuce

1 Slice Processed Cheese

1 Rissole

Sandwich Pickles

Margarine or Butter

Pinch of Salt

Pinch of Pepper


Directions


Toast your bread on both sides to your liking.


Butter your toast.


Add a handful of lettuce.


Break up your rissole and spread it over your lettuce.


Add cheese on top of the rissole.


Add a pinch of salt and pepper on your cheese


Spread your pickles on the other slice of bread.


Assemble and enjoy!
