Use ham or salami or pepperoni or silverside, any deli meat you like with this salad sandwich.
If you don't have any salsa, you can use mayonnaise or any sauce you like. Sandwich pickles taste great on this sandwich.

Great for lunch at home or for work or school! A healthy but delicious lunch even the kids will enjoy. I like sandwiches but I’m too fussy to eat spreads. I enjoy salad sandwiches most days. They are light and don't leave me feeling like needing a nap after a big lunch.

Makes 1 Serve
Ingredients
3 Slices of Tomato cut in half
2 Slices of Apple Cucumber
1 Handful of Lettuce
1 Slice of Processed Cheese (or any other cheese)
4 Slices of Pepperoni Salami (can be any Deli Meat, enough to cover your Sandwich)
Butter or Margarine
Salsa (or mayonnaise)
2 Slices of Bread (can be any Deli Meat, enough to cover your Sandwich)
Directions
Slice all your ingredients.
Butter your bread.
Add lettuce on a piece of bread.
Add tomatoes.
Add cucumbers. I prefer them skinless.
Add the deli meat.
To top it off, cover with cheese.
Spread the spread of your choice on another piece of bread.
Assemble your sandwich.
