This quiche won't disappoint.
Makes a great lunch and a fantastic tasting quiche. If you like quiches, you won't regret making these.
A yummo quiche for your taste buds
I use my special pie dough, but you can use a pre-made short crust or puff pastry for your base. I use cake tins, but you can use a pie dish or tin.

Makes 4 with my Cake Tins
Ingredients
300 Grams Tomatoes cut in medium Chunks
60 Grams Capsicum(peppers) Sliced
80 Grams Mushrooms cut in medium Dices
10 Grams Chilli Sliced
200 Grams Bacon Roughly Sliced in big Slices
20 Grams Basil Chopped
110 Grams Cheese Cut in Cubes
12 eggs
Directions
Cut your ingredients up and add them all in a large bowl with the egg. Mix until combined. (sorry picture is coming soon)
Roll your pastry out so it fits your cake or pie tins. For mine, I use cake tins. Pre heat your oven to 180 degrees celsius.
Mould your pastry in the tin so it shapes the tin.
Place your Mixture in your Pastry making your you get Egg and other Ingredients fill to almost the top but not all the way. With a Knife cut the excess Pastry off.
Place in the Oven and cook for about 40 mins make sure it's cooked through. Take them out of the Oven and remove them from the Tin.
Let to cool or eat it hot.They can be wrapped and frozen. They last in the fridge for a few days. Enjoy.
