One of the BEST pastas you’ll ever see!
Part of the Copy Pasta Master Range. This was one of my first pastas I learnt to make, working in an Italian Restaurant. It’s easily one of my all-time favourites. With no hassle, anyone can make this creamy pasta. Hearty enough to fill a whole family, yet also fancy enough for a special occasion. No need to go out to an Italian Restaurant when you have Chef’s Copy Pasta Master recipes!
Have some FUN and make pasta for EVERYONE!
It's ok if you don't have time to make your own pasta. Most of the time, I get store-bought pasta myself. Tastes just as good though!

Cook the pasta according to packet instructions, and also add a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of oil in the pot. Don’t overcook it since the pasta will also be cooked later.
To dice the garlic, cut off the end and crush it while still in the skin.
Remove the skin. It should easily peel away.
Dice garlic until in small chunks.
Set aside.
Slice the onions. Set aside.
Slice the mushrooms. Set aside.
Slice the cheese. Set aside in a cool place.
Dice the chicken into chunks. Set aside.
Finely slice the bacon. Set aside.
Drain the pasta. Cool it under cold, running water.
Once it’s cool, drizzle a little bit of oil on your pasta.
Heat the pan and add oil.
Fry garlic. Be careful not to burn it!
Add in the onion and sauté until clear. An enchanting aroma will start to come out.
Add the chicken and water.
Once the chicken is almost cooked, add your seasoning.
Toss to thoroughly mix.
Add the bacon.
Toss till combined.
Add the mushrooms.
Cook till water is slightly reduced.
Add the pasta.
Toss thoroughly.
Add the cream and cook until reduced, tossing the Ingredients to mix.
Once the cream has thickened, add cheese.
Your pasta is done if the sauce sticks to your pasta well.
Sprinkle herbs on top. My personal favourites are oregano and parsley.
Dig in and enjoy!
