Easy peasy sauce for pastas and pizzas.
Want to make your own Napolitana Sauce? Here’s a simple recipe that takes just 20 minutes to prepare, only requires one pan and a stick blender, but tastes just as good as store-bought sauce!
Fantastic sauce for Bolognese and Pizza.
You can use it on pizza, in pasta or even for chicken parmigiana. It can also serve as a base to other tomato sauces, such as a mixing it with mince to make Bolognese. You can add paprika and Cajun spice to create that Mexican vibe, perfect for nachos. I like to make a large batch and freeze the leftovers. When using it for pizza, I use it immediately once cooled to room temperature.

Take it off the heat. Use a stick blender for a silky finish, and voilà! You can let it sit to cool, or use it for freshly made pasta hot. Enjoy!
