A versatile hot sauce that can be used on pretty much everything, including wings!
I mainly use it for my Chef’s Bestest Buffalo Wings, but I also use this instead of hot sauce in other dishes as this has more of a kick and extra flavour.
Makes a great hot sauce!
It can be kept in the fridge, pantry, or freezer. I like to put it in bottles so that it’s more convenient to use.

Makes 2 Serves
Ingredients
148 Millilitres Franks Hot Sauce
60 Millilitres Tabasco Sauce
50 Grams Butter
1 Teaspoon Ground Chilli
1 Teaspoon Hot Cajun Seasoning
Directions
Mix all the ingredients except butter. Meanwhile, melt butter and add it to the mixture to thicken. You can use it immediately or store it when it’s cooled. Enjoy!
