Deviled Sausages To Die For!

A wholesome comfort food to accompany some mash potato or rice.

Devilled sausages are basically a quick sausage casserole in a sweet, spicy and sticky sauce.

Some recipes use an apple, currents and sultanas, but I prefer mine without it.

A good weeknight dinner!

The term devilled refers to the use of strong spices. The term dates back to the 18th century, when more and more exotic spices started finding their way to Europe. Devilled became a common term for hot and spicy foods.
